Terms, legal prerequisites, and privacy rights.

1. Scope comes first. Any paid work must have a defined service, deliverable, boundary, price or price basis, approval point, and completion record.
2. Owner approval is required. A.I.M.S. does not publish customer-facing responses, change live systems, buy software, contact customers, or begin expanded work without approval from the business owner or an authorized representative.
3. Public proof uses public information. The initial proof example may be prepared from information already visible online, such as reviews, public business listings, websites, service pages, and publicly available customer language.
4. No guaranteed results. Recommendations are designed to improve clarity, response quality, operational follow-through, and customer experience. They do not guarantee revenue, ranking, approval, reviews, employment, funding, or regulatory outcomes.
5. Third-party platforms keep their own rules. Google, Stripe, calendar providers, web hosts, email systems, affiliate platforms, and other third-party services may apply their own terms, availability, fees, privacy practices, and approval requirements.
6. Professional review may still be required. A.I.M.S. work does not replace legal, accounting, tax, insurance, compliance, medical, or regulated professional advice. Specialized claims should be reviewed by the appropriate professional before use.

• The requester must be authorized to submit the business information.
• Forms must not include passwords, banking details, payment card data, private customer records, protected health information, or confidential credentials.
• Any use of trademarks, client names, partner names, testimonials, or regulated claims must be cleared by the business before publication.
• Any paid implementation must be approved with a written or recorded scope before work starts.
• Any automation that sends messages, changes records, posts content, or triggers payments requires explicit permission before activation.

A.I.M.S. collects only the information you choose to submit through the request form or through an approved engagement workflow. That information is used to understand the request, prepare the agreed work, contact you about the request, and keep a record of approvals and deliverables.

• No sale of submitted data. We do not sell customer-submitted business information.
• No behavioral tracking of your submitted data. We do not track your usage of submitted business data across unrelated sites or services.
• No training promise for unrelated reuse. Submitted private business information is not intentionally used to create unrelated public marketing assets or unrelated customer deliverables.
• Limited operational access. Information is accessed only as needed to respond, scope, deliver, support, document, or comply with an approved engagement.
• Deletion or correction requests. You may ask us to correct, export, or delete submitted information unless we need to retain it for legal, payment, security, or engagement-record reasons.
